Vibration Test Systems

Our test facility has three vibration testing systems at your disposal. All systems allow vertical vibration excitation and if required, a head expander can be used. One system is additionally equipped with a sliding table for horizontal vibration excitation. This system can also be directly coupled to a climate chamber. Mechanical and climatic loads can thus be tested simultaneously.

Possible types of excitation:

• Sine
• Random
• Shock
• Others on request

Horizontal vibration excitation:

• vibration test system with a slip table
• slip table size: 750 mm  x 750 mm
• slip table mass: 100 kg

Combination with climate chamber:

• Test chamber volume: 1.2 m³
• Parameter range:
  • Temperature: –40 °C to +180 °C
  • Relative humidity: 10 % to 95 %

Applications and possible uses:

Transport and vibration tests in accordance with standards (e.g., ASTM, ISTA, MIL-STD)

• Functional and endurance tests under mechanical stress
• Shock  tests
• Combined climate and vibration tests (e.g., for electronics, automotive components, packaging systems)
