transportation load analysis
Knowledge of the mechanical stresses that actually occur during transport is crucial for the optimal design of packaging systems. It also forms the basis for a targeted analysis of the causes of recurring transport damage.
Through transport monitoring and trips with data loggers or continuous data collection, relevant influencing factors such as vibrations and shocks can be recorded along specific shipping routes and means of transport.
The measurement data obtained serves as an objective database for targeted correlation with standardized test programs (e.g., according to ASTM, ISTA, ISO).
Our experience in evaluating and interpreting the measurement data helps you to assess the results.
Design of fixing elements
We construct customised mounting systems for product testing on your behalf. We develop tailor-made solutions that enable test specimens to be secured safely and in accordance with standards – even in the case of complex geometries or special load requirements.
The constructions are manufactured by qualified partner companies on a subcontract basis. This enables us to ensure high manufacturing quality and on-time implementation.

We would be happy to inform you about the current status of standardization and offer you an analysis of the impact of the changes on testing practices and the stress on your products. This also includes comparisons with real transport loads.
High-Speed-recordings – Precise insights into fast processes
High-speed recordings enable the analysis of very fast movements and processes, such as in drop tests, shock or vibration tests. The high frame rate reveals details that are not visible to the naked eye or in real time.
They are used in particular for targeted investigations into the failure behavior of packaging or packaging components – e.g., to clarify when and how damage occurs.
To carry out such analyses, we develop customized test setups, for example to investigate damage behavior as a function of drop height or impact angle.
